Storyline:
Laughter, love and just a hint of magic make for 'The Perfect Holiday', a fun-filled comedy starring Morris Chestnut, Gabrielle Union, Charlie Murphy, Katt Williams, Faizon Love, Terrence Howard and Queen Latifah. All Nancy Taylor(Union) wants for Christmas is to meet a nice man. This Movie was a really good holiday movie, and very funny as well. I enjoyed and so did my husband.

I think the scenes with Queen Latifah and Terrence Howard should have been deleted because it added no value to the movie. Not to mention, I had no idea who Terrence Howard (Bah Humbug) was supposed to be until I saw the end credits. Also this movie would have been ok if it didn't portray Gabrielle Union as being ridiculously desperate for a man and Charlie Murphy as being an exaggerated Diddy Wannabe. The rest of the actors, Morris Chestnut, Donald Faison and those adorable children were good enough to make this movie watchable. If anything, take your children to see the movie because they will enjoy it, but if you are an adult looking for a Christmas romantic comedy then don't bother because you will be just as annoyed as I was at the poor quality of the acting by a few of the lead actors.

I saw it at a pre screening and I am going to take my children to see it. I see a lot of bad reviews about it but it reminds me of a good old fashion simple holiday movie I can take my kids to. There are other larger budget movies out there like This x-mas which is good as well but there are no fight, sex, guns drugs NOTHING. The so called critics are missing that point that it is supposed to be simple funny and cute which it is. By the way the cast was good but those three kids were really good, convincing and adorable. I LOVED Emily I have never seen her before but what a great little actress.

This was truly a cute movie. Definitely worth going to see. I just left the movie theater. The movie made you laugh, cry and gasp all at the same time.
